- Once sold not refundable : Exchanges possible unless due to manufacturing defects
- The following shall not be considered manufacturing defects : Minor thread frays, mis-alignment of the seams. Products design or cutting not up to expectations. Deliberate damage of items that warrants for an exchange.
- Other exclusion on exchange request : Colour differences due to photography/lighting/monitor effect. Items worn, stained or applied with perfume/cigarette's smell. Altered in any form wash or damaged due to negligence are not exchangeable for cash.
- How to exchange : All exchange request must be received by email within one week of date of delivery. We will get back to you in 2-3 working days. Once approved, customer has to bear full delivery charges including of registered mail (if applicable). This is to prevent disputes on items missing/ misplaced due to negligence of human fault. Alternatively, customers may choose to exchange on a meet-up basis (We will let you know the preferred location)
GoGrabbers shall not be responsible for any items lost/delayed using Singpost normal mail. (Default shipping option). We highly recommend customers to opt for Registered Mail for a safer and faster delivery services :)
